Essential Payroll
Essential Payroll provides all the standard reports and procedures for both administering and processing payroll. We also take the time to fully understand the needs of our clients, to help us build the best solution that meets their exact requirements.
Every payroll cycle consists of payroll administration followed by payroll processing. Administration deals with updates to the system, including new starters, pension and employee changes. The processing part deals with applying gross payments and deductions, as well as the calculation of NET pay.
For clients with more complex requirements or high staff turnover, we might implement a change control mechanism which sets timescales for the payroll administration element. This ensures payroll is ready for payment processing.
The Essential Payroll service includes the following:

- Processing statutory payments, student loan repayments, attachment to earnings orders and pension deductions
- Redundancy and PILON payments
- Liaising with HMRC

- End of year submissions and P60 production
Managed Payroll
Managed Payroll offers a more customisable approach to payroll that’s based on the needs of your business.
Managed Payroll can include the following:
